We offer a complete range of plumbing and heating services throughout Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Whether you are looking for general plumbing repairs, heating system installation or to remodel your bathroom or kitchen, we offer a high quality and reliable service with transparent pricing to meet all your needs.

PLUMBING SERVICES

We can help with all plumbing repairs, installation and maintenance from leaking taps, showers, toilets to drainage issues.

  • We are open 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday.

    We do not operate an out-of-hours service but any enquiries made within these times will be followed up as quickly as possible.

  • Plumbing Services are set at £65/per hour for general repairs and maintenance.

    An estimate of costs and time required for the job will be agreed upon with the client before any work is carried out.

    The first hour is billed at £65 then any subsequent hour will be charged in 15 minute increments.

HEATING SERVICES

We offer boiler, central heating and radiator installation, servicing and repairs. We also provide Landlord gas safety certification.

  • We are open 8am - 5pm | Monday - Friday.

    We do not operate an out-of-hours service but any enquiries made within these times will be followed up as quickly as possible.

  • Heating Services are set at £65/per hour for general repairs and maintenance.

    An estimate of costs and time required for the job will be agreed upon with the client before any work is carried out.

    No call out fee - the first hour is billed at £65 then any subsequent hour will be charged in 15 minute increments.

    Boiler servicing - £80

    Gas Safety Certificates - £80 (up to two appliances)

    Additional appliances - £30

    Mains flushing - Please contact us for more information if you require this service.

BATHROOMS & KITCHENS

We provide bespoke bathroom and kitchen design and installation and can help you transform your home with style and ease.

  • We will set up a call to discuss your project and arrange to visit you in your property at no cost.

  • Following our initial call and site visit where we will learn more about the scope of your project, we will put together a timeline and an estimate of costs for you to approve before we get started.

    Once agreed, we require a 50% deposit to secure the project in our diary.

We aim to keep our services affordable, accessible and transparent. Please view our pricing details below. Bespoke quotes are provided for bathroom/kitchen design and installation, based on the scope of the project.

  • > Plumbing Services - £65/hour

    An estimate of costs and time taken will be given before any work is carried out.

  • Our first hour's labour is charged at £65 on site or travelling for materials.

    Any subsequent hour after the first (on the same day) is still priced at £65 but is charged in 15 minute increments rather than a full hour.

    Wherever possible a total price can be agreed at the outset if this is favoured by the client and we can visit to provide a no obligation estimate for jobs taking five hours or more.
